Most of the actual hate seems to be coming from the trans activists themselves. I can’t recall ever seeing someone (who simply says that being male and female is a biological reality) wearing a t-shirt saying “I punch trans people”: I can’t imagine that any site would actually sell “kill transgender people” t-shirts (because it’s hateful and because there is no demand for them) yet “kill the TERF” shirts are for sale all over the place: I have never seen a “TERF” vandalize anything with the words “save 1 TERF kill 1 trans person” but I’ve seen this: I’ve also seen “Kill TERFS” written on a crisis center for rape victims in Vancouver after a trans-identified male was turned away:
We Swedes actually mostly don’t want to go shirtless; we do tan, but most people would look like newly boiled lobsters after a few hours. If you are comfortable in a T-shirt, then there is no reason why you shouldn’t wear one to work out in. However, if you feel self-conscious or uncomfortable in a T-shirt, then it might be better to opt for something else. I think most of them know that hate isn’t really an appropriate description for a differing opinion on the meaning of “man” and “woman” or the biological reality of what being male or female actually means, but they use this as a weapon and means of control, to silence any disagreement or opposing views of the transgender movement. It’s a power move. Being male or female isn’t a “feeling”, it’s a physical body type that is immutable. Plastic surgery and cosmetic hormones can not turn a female into a male or a male into a female. Someone can choose to live as a man or woman but it doesn’t make them male or female. Having this view is not hate and any reasonable person should be able to see this fairly easily.
Sometimes the folks who point fingers and scream “hate!!” are just projecting, deflecting, and trying to silence anyone who disagrees with them. My granddaughter did that last year in preschool and when she finally told us what was wrong I took her shopping and found her lots of dinosaurs pink shirts, pants and dresses and shoes and she finally went to school again. The girls in class told her she wasn’t a real girl because girls don’t play with cars or dinosaurs. We proved them all wrong big time.
